Why most of the ISPs are restricting their subscribers from accessing the FULL ADMIN Account?
Two things comes into my mind:
- To minimize the burden of their technical support team, it will save them a lot of money.
- To prevent possible network connection trouble due to human error.
I must admit that not all ISP subscribers are tech-savy, most are novices but with proper guidance, they can learn.
