If you’re looking for an outdoor access point that’s easy to set up, stable, and budget-friendly, the new Comfast CF‑EW85 might be exactly what you need.
I tested this in a real PisoWiFi setup, and honestly, I was impressed — especially with the 5GHz band. I’ll share my hands-on experience and explain why this is a solid option for both beginners and experienced Piso WiFi business owners.

⚙️ My Setup Experience
“No hassle at all. Just plug it into PoE (POE to WAN port of Comfast CF-EW85, then LAN port from POE adapter to your ISP router’s LAN 1), log in, and adjust a few settings. By default, the Comfast CF-EW85 is set to “router mode.” Set it as an Access Point if you plan to connect it to Piso WiFi. It only took me a minute or so.

It can be configured with VLAN tagging, and it immediately worked. You don’t need to do a lot of tweaking unless you want advanced features.
This is perfect for first-time users or small businesses that want something that works immediately. What fascinates me is that regardless of what ISP you are using, be it PLDT, Globe, Converge, etc., it will work without any issue. The good thing is, you don’t need to access your PLDT superadmin to connect Comfast CF-EW85.
