We offer several service kits tailored to your specific needs. Choose from the following options:

📅 Online Tech Coaching is Appointment-Based
To ensure smooth and secure service, all Online Tech Coaching sessions require an appointment. Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet, Zoom, or any applicable video conferencing platform. Kindly follow these steps when requesting one:
- Use your primary Facebook account when booking.
- You must be the ISP subscriber or be officially authorized by the subscriber.
- Only the account holder (subscriber) can request an appointment.
- Prepare the following documents:
- Proof of Billing (latest copy)
- Valid Government-issued ID
- Authorization Letter & ID (if you’re acting on subscriber’s behalf)
- Set aside dedicated time for the session to ensure full focus and assistance.
📌 Before the Session: Please Prepare the Following
- 💻 The Device You Want to Configure
- Whether it’s a router, laptop, modem, or other equipment — make sure it’s powered on, connected properly, and ready for setup or troubleshooting.
- 📱 A Mobile Phone with Mobile Data
- This will be used for communication during the session. It’s important in case your WiFi goes down or we need a backup connection.
- 🖥️ A Separate Device for Configuration
- This can be a desktop, laptop, phone or tablet — ideally the one you’ll use to access settings, browser, or tools needed during the coaching session.
This process is designed to protect your connection and ensure we are assisting the rightful account owner.
KIT B+
Appointment Basis
- Access the router’s full admin (PLDT, Globe Fiber, Converge FiberX, and Sky Fiber).
- Enable All LAN ports (Fiberhome, Huawei, ZTE, Prolink PGN, and more).
- UNCGNAT (selected routers only)
- Bridge mode for all ISP modem routers.
KIT A+
Appointment Basis
- Adding a 2nd router or (3rd) third-party router
- Adding a WiFi Extender, AP, and a WiFi repeater.
- Optimize WiFi speed.
- Network Troubleshooting.
- Block WiFi Hackers.
Adding 1 router/extender/AP is included in 499. However, if you want to add 2 or more routers/AP/extenders, an add-on of 299 for each device will apply.
KIT S+

I am a TECHNICIAN, not a MAGICIAN.
While I always aim to provide the best support possible, there are certain issues that are beyond my control, such as:
- 🚫 LOS (Loss of Signal) due to disconnected fiber cables or damaged lines from the NAP box
- 🚫 Slow or no Internet connection caused by ISP maintenance or outages
- 🚫 Server-side issues – These are problems only ISP technicians can fix, as they require internal access
- 🚫 Hardware failures that need replacement or physical repair
